    I do like this idea and I believe that this feature would change the overall content dynamics for everyone. The amount of things you can do with this as a feature is amazing.

    Until this feature is added, you can use StreamElements (and I am sure there are other sites) to reward viewers. The only thing is that I believe you have to do it one person at a time rather than giving rewards to everyone viewing like was mentioned in the OP.

    Twitch is sleeping on a great idea here and I think, eventually, it will be added.
