    This.
    Now, a lot of people argued/figured it was shut down because it didn't make money.
    But now there have been new contracts and agreements concerning royalties and all, so, maybe the following would be possible:

    1. Bring back Twitch Sings as before. Everyone can start duets, earn points to unlock outfits etc. All free.

    2. Allow people to suggest and vote for new songs.

    3. Alongside the old TwitchSings introduce a premium tier that brings the following advantages:
    1) Early access to new songs. Let people on premium start duets with songs before anyone else (people on the basic accounts can cue their own version if they joined one until the song is released, maybe)
    2) Start trios and quartets. There's a good amount of songs this would work brilliantly with. (again, everyone can join those)
    3) Additional votes for new songs.
    4) Ability to start duet and trio parties. (not everyone in the party needs to be premium, but only premium users can start them)
    5) Maybe a premium tier on the monthly bonuses.

    4. Special marker for VoDs, so they don't get muted.
