    Hi there I would like to echo this on the grounds of inclusion for those with a disability. I had a viewer the other night mentioned they have a vision impairment and were blind. They were using text to speech to read chat. They mentioned that followers who spam emotes make it very hard for those who use this function as it reads out each emotes name. This feature is imperative to assist those who use twitch and have a disability. I think the ability for someone to completely turn off emotes on their chat setting as a user who watches a stream is a must feature to add and also a streamer may want to ban any emotes in their chat as well.
