    I noticed when people are being gifted subs, sometimes the recipients of the gifted subs are inactive users. Either people who don't follow or don't participate in streams. It'd be nice if the gifted subs could prioritize people who are either active in chat, the viewer list or have been recently active in communicating in chat/support. Seeing someone being gifted a sub when they haven't posted in a channel in 1+ years seems pointless. Gifting to more active people might help increase the frequency of gifted subs and encourage active followers to support streams more?
