    Thank you. This is the only response that I have gotten on the matter. lol

    When I contacted Twitch Support, using the closest category I could find, I got a email back saying I should use the Affiliates category, and Affiliates > Payouts > Tax Forms... which is not available, because my affiliate onboarding has not been completed.
