    My channel points have accumulated ever since I mistakenly left the option on when they were first introduced, despite never even having any rewards for viewers to redeem. Long-standing viewers have got thousands of points in the background, and I have no way of resetting that!

    I'd love to jump into making custom rewards for all sorts of things, but right now the only way to reset all channel points is to make a custom reward to "drain" all the points, which needs a viewer to willingly toss the points away. Who's going to do that, really?

    We really needed this function from the start!
