This would be highly reasonable considering I Wanna Be The Guy is the original title, whilst the others are fanmade productions whose categories are rarely used in the first place.
This is similar to the issue in which the Touhou community generally uses Touhou Project as their own Hub category, allowing them to address a wider audience and attraction by not spreading out their fanmade productions into hundreds of unused categories. They submitted a UserVoice which was accepted and handled by Twitch on the same exact reasoning as this submission, so approval should be expected.
