    Last week on one stream I had 15 ACTIVE chatters in my stream. But the app decided to count 3. So that stream was a total bust for getting my numbers up. For a whole week the xbox app kicked me off at random with the "something went wrong" error after 30-45 seconds. Didn't kick off my partner who streams from the same xbox... I contacted CS who have yet to reply with anything but "maybe its your internet?" yes, because a 200MB internet connection is unstable JUST FOR ME?
