Hey guys! We really appreciate the feedback that has been brought forth in this thread and just wanted to update you a little bit on what is going on.
This change was originally made to guard against raid bot attacks. While smaller raids are currently viewable in activity feed in the dashboard, we are working on a solution that treats raids equally while guarding against abuse tactics.

They're not just numbers, they're human beings. If I get raided by two people, that's two people who have decided that I'm cool enough to hang out with. That's two people I can chat with and have a great time with, two people I can welcome into my own community and share experiences with, two people I can get to know. I love small raids, they're super personal and perfect for helping build communities. Literally every streamer started with one viewer, and Twitch filtering out small raids is totally invalidating of small streamers.
Come on, Twitch! You're all about "community" but 2-5 people IS a community! Your "About" section literally says "Bring your passions; we’ll help you build a community around them," but you're doing the opposite of that.
