Amazon has owned twitched for a while now. and has put very little into innovative changes from the original owners. they stayed with the same old simplistic OUT DATED report system, which has proven extremely innaffective in urgent situations. Yet their main website has live support. instead of a forum report system approach that the ticket gets responded hours if not days later. Now that mixer is gone, twitch community is and has been growing, some with unstable viewers with death threats, that a ticket should not be the answer, or a streamer aka AN INFLUENCER says some off the wall stuff, and if its in a live situation, with the current system in place wont save anyones life if the influencer says to do some dumb toxic stuff. I say this because i came across a stream labled "talking bout mental health" and the influenced with over 2k followers, and 50 viewers said "that doing drugs or hallucanigens at times is the only way some people can cope with issues" and this should not be a ticket issue, this is something that a live team should be able to be contacted about to review this and end the broadcast before more harmful ideals come out. because is someone has issues hears that from her may OD on a drug now. Twitch needs to stop hiring idiots with a college degree and hire people with innovated ideas that would BETTER THE COMMUNITY STANDARDS.
