Allow users with twitter to DM the support page If you look at 99% of company support Twitter pages, all of them have their DM's open as a way to allow issues to be aired/resolved. Twitch falls under the 1% that doesn't have DM's open. I think (and pardon my french) this is an asinine decision that should be rectified ASAP. A lot of users are being banned out of the blue and twitch is radio silent, these people do this for a living and should have a way to ask what's going on - opening Twitter DM's for the support page would be an incredible and humongous step…

Allow users to report bugs The Help Portal Contact Us page does not allow Twitch users to report actual software issues with the website.
For example, I have encountered a bug on the main website Twitch.tv homepage. There are no options in the Help Portal that allow me to submit this bug report. The relevant options either lead me away to separate web pages when I try to fill in the form and select categories, or the sub-categories simply DO NOT EXIST.
This is baffling. How am I supposed to submit a bug report?

I pressed "report" on uservoice and I thought a confirmation pops up but it didn't I pressed "report" on uservoice and I thought a confirmation pops up but it didn't, so yeah.
A confirmation on here would be good, maybe where you can state reason. Because I just clicked on something

Contacting Support form should not auto-redirect With the current Twitch Contact Us form users are immediately redirected off the form when an assumed applicable category is selected instead of providing a link to it.
This disrupts the user's attempt to file an inquiry while selecting a category that may/may not fit what they're seeking help on since current categories are unclear.Remove the auto redirecting of the contact form so users can use the form as they intended, to file an inquiry.

Include a Section for Voting on Upcoming Changes It's great we have the opportunity to make suggestions and vote here. But we have no clue what you're looking at next. To get a better pulse on the community, present the next possible change and allow us to vote on our dashboards where we will see it. Nobody wants to crawl the entirety of this forum.

Let us reach Twitch support in an easier way. Some bugs can't be reported if you don't have the right category for it. For example the Twitch support website itself is buggy and you have no ideal way of reporting it. If the page itself is buggy and you can't reach some categories then it's pointless and needs an improvement. If we could have a category Other-Other for all other types of queries, it would be really nice.

Live support for tech issues We've been having an audio issue that has prevented us from streaming for two days. There is no direct way to get quick technical advice. There should be a line to call and speak with a live technician who is knowledgeable on common glitches and fixed, particularly since Twitch is such a buggy platform.

Better contact support options instead of sending the same unhelpful email over and over again Some actual customer support rather than the auto emails. Try having people who are actually willing to go the extra mile to help instead of repeating the same information over and over again without actually putting in the effort to address the problem. I have been trying to verify my account for months and each time I reach out to customer support they send me an auto email telling me the steps to change my email to a fake one and back to my actual one. After explaining each time that the process doesn't work for me they reply back…

Support Dashboard I would like to see the addition of a support dashboard
where we as users & streamers can see our account health
like the number of bans, or DMCA strikes our account has ? or how long they are for? This is the kind of transparency a lot of people are looking for especially with DMCAAs well as incorporating a list of our support requests/ messages/conversations / logs
If I have a question with my account, as a user, I would like to be able to see the status of my support, like pending, active, closed.

Please Define what you consider as a "Small Streamer" As of current, Twitch doesn't properly define what it considers a "small streamer". This makes it hard to actually understand when features it develops are actually for small streamers.
Please accurately define and categorise what is meant by "Small Streamer" and, if possible, separate out "Small Partners", "Affiliates" and "New Streamers" when discussing new features and support.

better and faster twitch for everyone if they are not partner (no copy and paste messages) and no priority system better and faster twitch for everyone if they are not partner (no copy and paste messages) and no priority system. meaning everyone should be treated equal when it comes to support cause most times i submitted tickets they would get closed as a duplicate which means that it never got looked at even though three times it was a different ticket so would it be better to hire more staff for support tickets or get rid of the old ones who can't do the job anymore and hire more motivated ones who are interested in the job

Twitch Manager Contacts We want to know who our twitch managers are, and an easy way to contact them, either via discord, or email. More transparent way to chat with our questions, not only for the big streamers, but also for the minorities from small countires like Bulgaria and such. We love the platform, we just want to be in touch with the people responsible for our region.

Can't connect to twitch.uservoice.com without using a proxy I'm not sure if the problem is on my side, or if my IP got somehow banned, but I can't connect to twitch.uservoice.com without using a proxy.
Right now I'm writing this ticket from a proxy IP 186.121.206.241 (Bolivia), and it works fine. But when I try to open twitch.uservoice.com without a proxy from my main IP 95.27.129.58 (Russia), I get a "ERRCONNECTIONTIMED_OUT" error in Chrome and "The connection has timed out" in Firefox.
I should note that uservoice.com opens fine, and twitch.tv opens fine as well - only twitch.uservoice.com is not working.
I would appreciate if someone…

Better messaging system for creators to contact Twitch staff. The system already in place for cases is horrendous. Twitch Support on Twitter can't always answer questions given by their guidelines page and a lot of the time cases get closed without an actual reply.
Please provide a better messaging system so we can actually talk and voice our opinions for the higher ups, especially with sensitive matters such as legalities for music and fair usage on media as well as problems with accounts.

FIX YOUR ******** SUPPORT SYSTEM!!!!!!! It's incredibly ridiculous that I've waited like two weeks to get approval on an emote but what's even more infuriating is that your "contact us" feature is always broken so I can't even ask about it. Like seriously I can get better service from **** sites run on computers still using Windows 95

Is this forum for feedback or not? Please clarify, as the front page contradicts itself The main page says "Welcome to Twitch's feedback and suggestions forum!"
But then under "If you need help:" it says "This forum is for ideas only."
Yet this is where you're send when you go to leave feedback on the support page.If Feedback is being referred to as "ideas" that might be something to consider.
I wanted to give feedback about something, but now I don't know if it would be breaking the rules or not because of semantics.

Category / Tags not working. I've sent an email to Twitch Support and tweeted at Twitch Support about this issue, and cannot receive the right information to fix this with no answer/limited responses.
Very often, with games like No Man's Sky or Jedi: Fallen Order, I'll find that my Category tag or chosen (not automated) tags will just disappear more often than not. I don't think many people suffer from this, but I do for some reason, as it's hard to find fixes from the internet, like Reddit, or even from community Discords or Facebook Twitch groups. The best info I've received from Twitch just…

Update help articles to more easily differentiate how a topic applies to creators/affiliates/partners Many help articles use the term 'creator' even if they only apply to affiliates or partners, which is very confusing. Update help articles to more easily identify if a topic applies to your issue or question.
