Add Reboot of for series
It would be nice to distinguish between spin-offs and reboot.
Just saw the "new" Tomb Raiders are under the series "Tomb Raider: Survivor" instead of the original Tomb Raider, which make sense; what doesn't make sense is that this series is tagged as a spin-off of the original, while it is actually a reboot of the Tomb Raider series.
Imho, spin-offs is are series like Mana or Kingdom Hearts for Final Fantasy series, or standalone titles like Dirge of Cerberus for Final Fantasy VII.
Which leads to the need of distinguish between series spin-off/reboot and standalone spin-offs.

I agree! another example is Lords of the fallen. There are two versions of this game with the same name, one released in 2014 and other in 2023. This is what
they said about in the official website.Lords of the Fallen is a full reboot of the original 2014 action-RPG game, Lords of the Fallen (2014), and takes players on an all-new adventure. As a spiritual successor, it pays homage to the original while also fully modernising and reimagining the franchise, largely in response to fan, media and influencer feedback from the original game.Taking place in the same universe, Lords of the Fallen is set approximately 1000 years later, and features a fully revised art direction, combat system and narrative design, in a world over five times bigger than that of its predecessor.
Maybe is a sequel but they called it a reboot and would be very usefull having that tag
