Advanced search by keyword not working I tried to search for games with a specific keyword using the advanced search, but that doesn't seem to work. If you enter a keyword and select the result from the dropdown it is added to the input field, but it is not added to the actual search as options like platforms that show up below the input field when selected. The result just stays the same regardless which keywords have been entered. So I think this either does not work, or it is really unintuitive who do use the keyword search and I could not make it work.

Playing, Dropped or Completed When I'm on a game's page give me the option to add the game to 1 of 3 lists that sites like MyAnimeList have by default.
Per example let me choose between "Playing", "Dropped" or "Completed".
You can give it different names of course and I know I can create these 3 lists on my own, just thought it would be a nice feature to have by default.1 vote -
Make thumbnail/list view part of the URL query parameters Right now, the following are part of the URL query parameters: page no, no of entries per page, sort by field, sort order. Can we also add the "View as" option of thumbnail or list to it?
This way, I can specifically share the thumbnail-only view of my list with my friends.

Add DLSite as a store link DLsite is a major source for doujinsoft publishing, many games are available there that are not available on Steam. Many circles on DLsite lack significant English language information/websites, so providing a link to DLSite is sometimes the most an English speaker can use for a source

Campaign information and time to beat revamp The site seems to already try to track playtime to beat but i would suggest to expand a bit more on that since games are so diverse.
I would suggest for the site to add "Campaign information" to each Main type game (on bundles you see each bundled game having its own). Each game will have a list of types of gameplay they offer, the ones i came up with are (each game should have at least one):
Main Campaign: for games that have one big campaign ending usually at the credits (Ex: Undertale, Portals, Super Mario World, etc.). Games…

Moving between validation histories If there is a lot of validation history, it is difficult to move the history. For example, we want to check the validation on the second page to see the previous (or later) content, but it goes back to the first page.
It is useful to have a click button for "previous/next" to move easily between histories (not only page).

Allow users to contest changes after they have been discarded Please allow us to comment on changes after they have been discarded. There is no way to know whether there is a need to argue your case in the first place since the admins' willingness to accept new games wildly varies. It takes a lot of time to add them and sometimes they get discarded despite having a valid reason to exist. Battle Network Legecy Collection This really should have it own Category for streaming. they said to come over here since I got Rejected in igdb.

Kill it with fire VR For example there are other VR games with flat version category and VR version individual category for stream: Thief Simulator VR and Cooking Simulator VR. But "Kill it with fire VR" don´t have a specific category for it. Thanks

Use Short Titles or Nicknames On Sidebar My sidebar ("For You") often looks like:

The Legend of Zel..And it would be nice if it instead said "Majora's Mask", "Breath of...", or whatever.
This seems to come up a lot with sequels. Since "Example Adventure" and "Example Adventure 2" would probably show up as "Example Adv..".
It's probably a lot of work to create an alternate database of shortened titles. But if it could be done for even just a handful of popular games I think that would improve the experience.

Search by player count It would be nice to add an option to search for game that let you play either multiplayer or co-op with X amount of people.
Here is our problem as of right now:
We are looking for a game to play as a friend group, however when you look for co-op games there is no way to quickly sort for game's that allow for lets say 4 or 5 players to play together. or with BIG multiplayer game to look for games that allow for x party size.

Ability to sort games that need contributions by platform I love adding screen shots and videos for games that need it, however, there should be a way to filter games that need contributions by platform.

Keeping the game category consistent The Binding of Isaac: Repentance has 2 same categories of itself for some reason, whilst being the same thing.
It should only be 1 category imo to prevent confusion

Dedicated Image Categorization I think that while it's great that contributers can add a label to each image, it would vastly improve the image database if there were dedicated sections/categories to put specific types of images, and therefore allow specific categories of images to be called and viewed. Some databases such as MobyGames (ex. https://www.mobygames.com/game/ps2/silent-hill-2/cover-art) and screenscraper (ex. https://www.screenscraper.fr/gameinfos.php?gameid=5441&action=onglet&zone=gameinfosmedias) have such categories, and I think that having dedicated sections to put images such as rear cover, CD labels, spines, logos and Title Screens would be an extremely important part of preserving game information, especially older physical titles. warzone 1 There is no Warzone 1 and warzone 2 separation on the games.
This does not make sense, we have the following categories, call of duty modern warfare (2019) we have modern warfare II and we have warzone. Why dont we have warzone 2? Its a totally different game.
This makes sense if activision does not want people to know how much people is watching the previous game. This is the only thing that makes me think its implemented this way, if its true this is not a honest move at all from twitch
