1. Auto Category Switch Timer

   Automated Stream Director Suggestion:

   Streamers, both new and old, are looking to build new audiences, and expand their existing audiences, and would benefit substantially if there was a way that they could auto select 4 or 5 different categories, with a timer, that would automatically switch their live stream from one category to another during their live stream.

   If a streamer was able to switch categories either for just one cycle or a continuous loop, this would benefit both the streamer and the streaming platform in a variety of ways.

   Streamers could create more variety, to their streams and get exposed to different viewers in different categories and viewers without them having manually switch during their streams.

   A streamer could preplan their streams and use the feature like their own personal stream director that could move them from one topic of discussion to another while keeping the stream fresh and interesting.

   It could give the streamer a countdown and an advance notice of when the stream will be switching categories to allow him to either pause the transition if he is in a good place or begin to transition his audience to the new topic before the switch occurs.

   A great benefit is that as the switch happens, their existing audience goes with them from category to category and pushes them higher in each categories viewer list with more viewers making it easier to be seen.

   For example:

   If a streamer wants to start out in Just Chatting with a general discussion to start their show, then discuss the politics of the day, before he transitions and talks about an upcoming trip he will be taking, he can organize his topics and choose the categories that reflect his talking points.

   Use the drop downs below to enter up to five categories to automatically have your stream switch to as you broadcast:

   [ ] Single Cycle then return to original category. [ ] Loop Cycle During Stream

   Home Category: ----> IRL - Just Chatting

4. Add a way to notify followers about going live in next X hours, followed by a countdown

   Problem: many streamers operate in sporadic irregular schedules, it makes it hard to catch them alive. The notification they just went live might be too late. There is a schedule but in practice it serves only as a hint, especially for streamers that go live very rarely.

   As a solution I propose give streamers a way to confirm/set expected stream time anytime in next say 12 hours (exact number up to tweaking). Then give followers notification (either when streamer confirms the stream, or perhaps X hours before the set time). Finally, clearly indicate in UI which of your followed creators are about to go live and when (e.g. just below live streams). There could also be some sort of countdown on the creator's main page.

   Apart from solving the above problem with irregular streams, this could also hype the community more in advance and get a higher viewship at the beggining of stream, instead of people grouping up mostly after the stream starts.

   1. Categorized history (in "Inventory" tab) of all received Twitch Drops (you can sort by date, by game etc). I want to see history of all drops that I had, not only from last 4 months (I don't know exact time frame, but I can see only from last 4 months at the moment).
   2. Some sort of checkmarks for acquired Drops in "All Campaigns" tab. At the moment there are so many campaigns, it's easily to get confused if you're interested in many games and farming items from them.
   3. Categorization for Open Drop Campaigns. You can easily miss something new at the end of the list (at the moment we have I think 2 campaigns everyday for Escape from Tarkov, also Stalcraft and Sea of Thieves are popular and have many campaigns).
   4. Multiple stream watching should count for the Twitch Drops. It could be impossible to claim all the drops for every game you're interested in, because at the moment Drops are overwhelmed.
   5. Add an option to subscribe for the Drops of the exact game. If new Campaign is started, user/player should get the notification.
   6. Auto-progress and auto-claim for Twitch Drops. Again - it's quality of life feature. So many games, so many Drops, just make it work comfortably for every gamer/player/user.

   So I'm currently typing this message and there is no way to expand the textbox?
   And why do letters in next paragraph are touching letters from previous one, when I type the message? Also improve user interface here.

7. Player Knockout

   I've been streaming on and off for nearly 4 years (consistent for past 2), and there are so many competing live-streaming platforms, mostly regional ones that have a feature that lets between 2 and 4 streamers engage in a so-called "Battle", which can easily be expanded upon the Stream Together feature. Let's learn about how it can work on Twitch. For purposes of this idea, i'm using the term "Player Knockout" as a codename, rather than reflecting on any forward-facing name should this come to implementation.

   -When and if all streamers joining through Stream Together are afffiliate at minimum, the streamer has an option to initiate this "Battle" where Reactions and Bit Cheers earn them points. When 4 are in at once, it is split into Duos.
   -Battles would last approximately 5 minutes.
   -A special type of Hype Train can be incoming halfway through this "Battle", which is similar what we know and love, but in 2 stages. First being a Bit Threshold, and then either Double or Triple points unlocked if a streamer reaches it.
   -Streamers can "Mute" their opponents during a battle if they are distractive.
   -The losing streamer (or duo) can be subject to an on-stream "Punishment", just so long as it adheres to the Community Guidelines.

   If one competing platform suddenly sunsets its operations, we must be prepared to take some of their community in, even if it means adding new features to get them to stay in the long run, and possibly make way for a new type of Streamer.

8. Have Prime Subscriptions count for the Partner Plus Program

   The only reason I use this website is to support streamers that I care about, and Twitch Prime is an easy way for me to do that. Having my subscription be devalued like this makes me not want to use Twitch at all ,since there's some obvious hierarchy in which Prime subs apparently don't count, and having them added would give Twitch Prime some actual value.

9. Additional Unban Requests

   Add the ability to request an unban after 1 year of the previous request being denied.

   I understand that Twitch (Both as a community and as a platform) wants to keep streamers safe from unsavory individuals and keep the platform a safe and welcoming place for all. For this We can all agree the need to ban individuals from chat and streams is important, and the ability to request an unban is a great show of mercy and a hope to the repentant to possibly be forgiven and allowed back in.

   However I recently learned that you are only capable of making a single unban request, and should that request be denied that you are completely incapable of making another, while I understand that this is to stop unban request spam and to keep bad actors out of streams, I feel that the definitive nature of this is not Ideal. My request to allow someone to request an unban after a year after the previous was rejected is aimed to allow truly repentant people who may have seen the error of their ways and grew as people, while still being a major obstacle for trolls, harassers, etc. seeing as an entire year is a long time to wait just to be re-banned.

10. Stream keys for guests instead of needing a browser (or at least support for other browsers)

    Chrome is a resource hog and Opera GX (the only other browser that works with Guest Star) isn't much better. One of my guests maxed out her CPU running a game, VTube Studio and Opera GX, and so had to go back to Discord. It would be nice if there was a less resource intensive alternative.

    If every streamer was given a stream key the first time they use guest star then they could use OBS or any other existing software which is going to be much lower usage and it makes it easier, and would also allow for things like Sprout2 capture for VTubers. Bonus points if you can support transparent video!

11. Partner badge, but for artists

    I would be nice for artists who make emotes or other art for multiple streamers to have a verified badge to show you make art on a regular base. I think this would help new streamers to easily find artists who take commissions for emotes and help the artist themself to get more recognition.
    You can use certain goals before you can apply for this badge, just like the partner program. Goals like : make x amount of emote attributions , get artist badge with x amount of streamers, etc

    Extra : it would be nice if artists have an overview on their channel with al the emote attributions. Something like a portfolio.

12. Twitch Stream Together seems highly unstable. Serious video issues. Not showing my guest.

    Twitch Stream Together doesn't seem to be working right. My guest's cam feed is showing black/not sharing their video. It was working - and then it went black.

13. streamers roulette

    Create raid roulette, like video-chat roulette. 2 streamers on the same page and 1 chat. Streamers talk to each other and skip each other, following all the rules of Twitch, unlike regular roulettes. Omegle has been closed, so might be a good opportunity;) Also, streamers could raid without ending the stream, just like coming to visit other streamers. Probably need "open for online raids" feature for this. I guess there's going to be a problem with delay on streams, so streamers with no delay can participate.

14. Allow for reporting of naked and pornographic HOT Tub and Sexual activity streams

    Guys not everybody has the same sick and perverted minds as sexually deprived people out there and some of us have children.

    Kindly put in place a report stream feature with out a technical error for the streams on the HOT TUBS and NAKED BATHS stream. and let us have feedback, or allow us to send our reports to the DMCA when we report it to you. because Twitch seems to promote the nudity and nakedness on its networks.

    give the mods the ability to run the blerp soundboard for the creator cause older mac versions for example cant run OBS and so my girlfriend cant run it on her old Mac Book with the OS Version High Sierra (and not higher...). Her Mods could run the panel while she only focusing herself on gaming

17. Overall Teams Improvements

    Teams get little to no attention from Twitch and it's about time we changed this! Twitch teams have been around for many years yet majority of users have no idea what is it. Teams is such an amazing feature with lots of potential, we just need the support we deserve!

    • Give us back the ability to edit the team order on the Dashboard and make it easier to move everyone around rather than moving them one at a time.

    • A chat badge would allow for better networking and introductions between fellow team members.

    • Add a "follow all" button for those wanting to support the entire team.

    • Give Teams their own category under Browse. You should be able to view and search for teams like you can with games.

    • Shared Team Emote slot(s), would be great for events and when members want to raid within the team.

    • On our own channel page, move the team name back to beside the game for better visibility rather than beside the follower count.

    • Team Bans: Members can choose to share individual bans with the rest of the group and ban users with a click of a button. This can be accessed on a page similar to mod view.

    • Add an Events section

    • Raid option: Raid a random live channel on the team using /raidteam ____

18. Raid system overhaul

    The raid interface should be changed for both the raider and the raided.

    People who could get raided should get to decide minimum parameters (anti bot measure, anti troll measure) for raiding, i.e. view count, how long the raider's stream lasted before raid, who can raid, and so on (im sure this page has a billion option ideas that could be used)

    The raiders:

    Get to pre-select a group of channels they would like to raid.
    Once you decide to raid, the channels that are in the group and live are listed.
    The list is ordered by stream age or viewer count.
    The raider selects either a multi-raid, random raid or a specific channel to raid.
    --the multi-raid function would basically randomly distribute the viewers amongst the selected channels, prioritizing the youngest stream or the stream with the least viewers.

    Most importantly for QoL, the raiders get to set up the raid event that will be displayed, ideally a quick 5-10 second video and maybe something like the custom event alerts that are already supported. This interface should also probably support adding chat messages that accompany or pre-empt the raid, potentially allowing the raided user to DECLINE. The video that is shared should probably also be like a little clip recorded straight off stream as the raid process is initiated. I guess showing the whole event somewhere in the stream overview would be a big ask for, but would without a doubt be insanely useful, because otherwise getting people strikes might be a bit too easy
    Equally importantly on the raided side, the user gets to decide whose event is displayed on their screen, selecting between ALL, NONE, or WHITELIST.

19. Open Twitch Guilds to Twitch Partners from all around the world

    Twitch Guilds are a fantastic idea, but I don't understand why European streamers can't join them. At the very least, let English speaking streamers join them!

    We have much to give, and there are so many streamers all around the world that belong to the categories Guilds represent and elevate, but we can't participate in any of the related initiatives.

    It was recently announced at TwitchCon that Affiliates can now join Twitch Unity Guilds, but once again it was only open to streamers from the USA (or at least, the application form for the Women Guild stated it) - please, a lot of streamers outside of the US would love to participate.

    Twitch Guilds are a fantastic idea, but I don't understand why European streamers can't join them. At the very least, let English speaking streamers join them!

    We have much to give, and there are so many streamers all around the world that belong to the categories Guilds represent and elevate, but we can't participate in any of the related initiatives.

20. Bug when stream together guest joined and was in the "waiting room"

    I had another streamer join the stream together but they weren't live but were joining as a guest, I could hear them and everything was going through fine but they were no longer able to see the stream content after joining and we couldn't figure out how to solve this bug. So perhaps the waiting room dashboard could also have a box for the currently being streamed content (of any streamer involved who is currently live) as options of sources, so anyone participating can view a stream if that is required for the content, but perhaps even be an additional option alongside the simple individual sources for each cam.

    There is a chance that me choosing to have each guest as their own browser source makes it so the stream isn't visible as it doesn't have it's own source, but it did seem to be creating issues so my guest could no longer see the stream (during a jackbox stream where it would be essential for them to really see the screen as well as being in the call to participate)

    Obviously having access to any currently live streamer's stream in the call also opens up additional options like having smaller boxes of the other streamers perspective in games also you could add in besides simply having their cam on so incorporating these would be a good feature request too.
