Multiple Monitor implementation for Twitch
So there is already a request of Similar nature that got rejected. I believe it was because of the wording in their request. So I had this idea.
The TLDR of it is that there should be a setting that allows you to enable or disable watching a Stream on one or 2 Monitors. On one Monitor you watch the Game or Whatever is happening and on the other, you have the Facecam of the given Streamer. I believe this would make for a better watching experience overall. Since most Streamers have good Facecams anyways it's a shame that that high-quality isn't getting used that much, since most streamers have to make their webcam really tiny if they wanna make a gaming stream watchable without obstructing too much of what is happening.
That's also another benefit to that feature. As long as you have 2 Monitors there will never be a point in which the Streamer blocks important or interesting information in-game.
Another Idea I had was that you could run a program that searches for Movement/Faces in the dedicated Facecam area. If the program detects no movement/faces for a given amount of time because the Streamer is away the Viewer would automatically exit full-screen mode and have Chat Pop up. I believe that would make the chatting experience, especially for newer watchers a lot more interactive/easier to participate in.
I am unsure how exactly these features would be implemented and if it would cost a lot of resources/change of the infrastructure to bring this to life.
However, I would still like to hear your thoughts on those Ideas.
