Get rid of the new feature that automatically has stream playing when i open the Twitch app
I opened my twitch app today and was immediately greeted with a stream of one of my followed streamers. This is terrible. Please give us the option to turn that off and have it function like it did before or better yet just get rid of the whole thing.

Please, Twitch, this feature is ridiculous. Who's asinine idea was it to make the default page of an app not only autoplay, but also take priority over any stream you're watching in favor of itself? Apart from not wanting autoplay at all, this made it so that if you're watching a stream and navigate or get kicked back to the default page your stream closes (such as when the app bugs and doesn't respond to the back button at first so you press it twice which used to not be an issue).
Then you move the Following page to a button on the Feed so you can't even view it without the Feed closing whatever you're currently watching? This here is easily the worst change I've seen to the app yet - to the point I uninstalled it and reinstalled an old version.
This app used to be pretty solid. Even if a little buggy at times, the bugs didn't impede viewing streams anywhere near as much as seemingly intended functions do now.
You've broken basic functionality of the app, made it frustrating to use, and made it obnoxious to open. It's as if there was a loose idea of how different functions interact, and no thought, testing, or care for user experience. I hope this is a giant issue to be quickly fixed, although the last few months of changes seem more like constant A/B testing of one bad idea versus another (see: chat views). I look forward to seeing what the app team management comes up with next...
