Bug Report Re: Twitch iOS App v16.9
A bug is frequently encountered after latest update; when, opening emotes in chat window and rotating screen from portrait to landscape etc.
Bug causes app to freeze stream momentarily and almost crash, as app struggles to cache stream and rescale size of windows of stream and chat at same time, and both windows will also overlap, if screen is rotated back to upright position.

Get rid of stories Or at least an on option to turn them off? Personally I don't like short for content, sorta why I use twitch in the 1st place

Support live mobile broadcasting from Procreate on iPad Pro. Procreate is a mobile drawing app. This app supports live streaming but not to twitch where I have a community.

Auto Rotate Android Landscape While in fullscreen mode: allow the stream to go from landscape to landscape flipped without having the 'auto rotate' Android setting on.
The YouTube app works this way and I find myself missing it more than I expected when using the Twitch app.
In case the above isn't clear...
1. Auto rotate is off
2. Full screen stream
3. Orient device to landscape
4. Rotate device 180° (flipped landscape)

Display ban reasons on mobile when someone is banned from a channel and a reason for the ban was added (/ban <user> <reason>) the reason isn't displayed on mobile twitch, even if it is displayed in browser.
this leads to multiple unban requests going "why was i banned" even when a clear reason was given, which wastes both the single unban request and the time of moderators, and disincentivises the use of the <reason>-feature.

Emotes from mobile becomes html codes in chat Since weeks emotes sent from mobile app causes a bug that normal emotes like <3 gets to <\;3 (html code for the heart). The bot moderators recognize this as spam and often delete it from the chat.

Phone app language setting Hey everyone,
someone who has their entire phone in English (since most stuff is English regardless, and others can be set), think the twitch app should really have the option to have the app in a specified language. It's great twitch tries to translate, but for me it's really uncomfortable to see the app in my mother language.

Fix iOS app from crashing/freezing Twitch iOS app (14.6) still has previous bug(s) that cause app to completely freeze with no response after stream crashes while exiting PIP mode; thus, needing app to always be rebooted.
To encounter bug:
Do quick search (Lookup) of highlighted word in chat window and select an option from list to open link to Safari.
Twitch App will open PIP window to continue viewing stream with Safari window open.
Stream being viewed in PIP window will instantly crash and completely freeze app; once you expand PIP window to return stream back to normal in Twitch app.

Twitch emojis for iOS/Android! Who wouldn't want to use Kappa or PogChamp through text messages? Am I right??? We need to make this happen! Option to disable video previews in the "Following" list Please add the option to disable the video previews in the list of followed channels (added in a recent update). This "feature" only impedes my ability to browse my LONG list of followed channels, making the process of seeing who is online much more difficult and time-consuming. To be clear, I want text only, the way the list used to be. Please.

Stories Please please please, have an option to mute some of the stories.
I keep unfollowing channels because of these cringey stories that the streamers post and that I do not wish to see, NOT EVEN in thumbnail mode.
Either think about a hide option or move the stories from the top of the feed - I am using twitch mostly on mobile and this is very annoying.

Twitch app alerts I do like the Twitch app on the mobile phone but when someone streams on consoles
I would like to see alerts pop up on the twitch app stream manager with sound when
- You get a follower
- getting raided
- when someone donates bits
- getting a subscriber
I would like to see that happen in the future please

Support for iPhone-as-webcam like OBS Camera allows OBS Camera allows me to take an iPhone and use it as a webcam, which is highly superior to the FaceTime camera.
Please add support for OBS Camera or natively within Studio to allow us to fully integrate our Apple ecosystem!
