    Been waiting almost 2 years for the username I want to free up. And for an entire year it has displayed the "Unless you have a time machine" error indicating that it has been put on the list for recycle but still hasn't been.
    I would honestly pay actual money to have the username free up at this point because I am getting sick of waiting.
