It's not even like that, in Spain they pay 4.99€ that is USD 5.79$ and we only get USD 2.22$ retribution so Twitch is taking USD 3.57$ from what they paid for that tier1.
This means that Twitch is taking over 61.65% and we only take 38.35% while we are supposed to get a 50% with the amount of announces that we have per hour. It really feels like a scam.
PD: Xenorra the taxes are taken after when the payment is calculated and they apply you taxes or not depending the amount that you will take as payment and the payment method selected. So no, it's not the taxes.
If it was done on 50% like is promised then you will get 2.90$ instead of 2.22$ so you are saying that a 21% that you pay as tax is 0.44$ would place that amount on 2.46$ and not on 2.22$.

The DJ Streamers take a lot of incomes, it's one of the communities with more subs received. They already receive a 50% reduction on their incomes from subs, so if you reduce that price this will cause hard harm for the DJ.
