    They didn't tell me to show any proof. They just told me that they understood how frustrating it is to lose a streak and that I should make a post on the forum, where if a lot of people have the same problem they should be able to reset the streak.
    As for proof, I personally would think that if I'm in a stream and have over 100 messages in the span of 4 hours of each stream, it's pretty much self-evident that I'm active in the stream.
    The day before the streak was lost, the streamer had a community event and I was actively modding and making polls, chatting... which makes even less sense to how I lost my streak.

    I recently lost a 117 stream streak on a channel that I watch regularly and mod on it, even though I’m actively in the stream every time they go live so I was really surprised to see the streak reset.
    I also didn't get any notifications that my streak was broken or that I should restore it.

    I already contacted Twitch Support, and they suggested posting here on the forums.

    Is there any chance of getting the streak restored, or is it permanently gone once it resets?
