    Hi,
i face the same problem. The weird thing is, im a mod as well on the affected stream and im still not able to watch it. We checked twice the settings of the streamer account & my account. As soon i watch with a different account or logged out, every thing is fine.

Unfortunately the support was not helpful and even with all the information + screenshots, i received only a standard answer that i was banned on this channel.
