I agree with this. I'm a small fry, but even I've gotten a follow from a very specific person that's been stalking me and my wife for years now. Thankfully I don't think he recognized my voice since it's been a few years, and I was able to block him and I don't think he has gone onto my linked socials yet, but just the thought that he has access to them and that notification that he followed me even for a moment puts a pit into my stomach.
