    tal vez diran que mande otro ticket, pero ya voy como 10 tickets donde sus respuesta son automatizadas o soluciones que se repiten una y otra vez, los agentes cuando ven que no pueden hacer nada, te cierran el ticket. Quisiera realmente borrarlo porque es ilegal el emote que tengo y es repetido, no es uno son varios del mismo. Desde ya gracias por su atencion
