    This is still happening. I have been watching for 4 hours to get a 1 hour 30 minute reward and the progress is only 87%. Something on Twitch's side is intentionally slowing the progress of getting rewards. The tab is active, unmuted, and I send chat messages regularly. I'm certain Twitch is slowing the process of getting the reward so 1 hour 30 minutes turns into 5 hours instead.
