Agree with what others are saying. As a regular Vegas attendee, it is very hit or miss. This time around was a huge miss. Rideshare was disgustingly horrible, not walkable, and traffic was over the top due to to Formula one construction, festival concert, and general weekend Vegas goers. 45 mins for lyft/uber and then another hour to go to where you need to go. The one saving grace was the convention hall itself. Good access to food/coffee for recharge, and bottle refilling stations. Not enough general seating however.
I would say move it. If you are sticking to west coast, San Diego, Anaheim, or Phoenix would be great.
