    I have found a way to do this. Open the file "layouts.json" @Users\XXXXX\AppData\Roaming\Twitch Studio.

    Next, do a "Find" for whatever you named your first Scene. You will see it highlight the search term and you should see code like this:

    "displayName": "XXXXXXXXX",
    "id": "shdlshadlsahdshaldsaldhslahdlsahdlashdas",
    "templateType": "",
    "videoOutput": "askjdhskladhkljsahdkjsahdkjsahkdsakjd"
    },

    After this, just select the text and Cut and Paste in whatever order you want.
