I agree with this. For those who are legally disabled, like myself for many emotional/mental disabilities, those who are should be placed at the top of the list. Followed by streamers who aren't disabled but are wanting to grow as well, then the streamers who already have the numbers (like 500+ viewers daily) at the lowest area...they have their followers/viewers already so let the first too the chance to blossom forth. Since disabled folks have a much harder time to work or can't even work at all and are limited to programs for assistance in our day to day life; we need that kind of exposure to allow us to get our content creation out there as well as allowing this form of avenue to simply try and create a financial stability to help with bills/groceries/etc. This also helps those who also try to build up a community themselves too since many disabled folks are stuck in their own homes often and don't get to mingle with others too much.
