Hi,
To clarify, you posted this under TV Apps; are you only noticing this behavior on the TV App, or is this behavior true for when viewing on web? Please let me know. Thanks.

AFAIK, this can only be done if one is NOT affiliate/partner in Twitch. I think that's in the Twitch TOS. It's like Twitch vods can only be uploaded to YT after 24hrs kind of thing.

LOL. On my Twitch App (Windows) I can't join other people's Watch Parties and I know I'm going into a US watch party while I have US Prime...

The availability of movies/shows has to do with regional (even country specific) rights that usually are pre-sold before a movie even comes out. So I understand why certain movies are not available "world wide". This might change a bit (maybe) with MGM movies as Amazon has purchased them (but without the classic catalog which was sold decades ago).
I put in an idea to add a "broadly available" checkbox to at least be able to quickly filter what we can show to the widest possible follower base.

I suppose listing all countries might be difficult and it could be grouped. In the example of my "Movie XYZ" the results might say "US, CA, 50% Latin America, 50% Europe, 15% Asia-Pacific". So I might not know exactly which countries' viewers could join the Watch Party but at least have a general idea from which areas they at least have a chance to join.

It's where the system took me. That said, today at least, this was solved. Might have been since I first posted this in the Twitch Studio discord and maybe it was somehow funneled through there.
