I've been in a few different channels and often when I see the notification that a poll is going live or a vote is happening, I only have a few seconds left to make my choice. This wouldn't be an issue if I hadn't also noticed that sometimes the timer ends early; I.E. I've noticed that on multiple occasions the poll would "close" with 5 seconds remaining on the clock. As this was during a stream with over 1k people in chat, I highly doubt that the mods closed it early.
Hopefully there's a way that latency or the delay between streamer and chat could be reduced or a more transparent way to alert the user of the ACTUAL time remaining, and not a rough guess that closes before the user has a chance to make their decision.
