    i think as a streamer myself i want this change. i want close captions to be automatically available on my stream in all viewable languages possible so that all people can come into my stream and feel represented and able to participate even if i dont speak their language or they are deaf or various other reasons why they may wish for closed captions. i think this is a fantastic idea.
