    You should make lesser known channels more easily there for viewers to see. Because more watched channels are at the top of the list and are the first thing people click on, the new channels and lesser known ones are short-changed meaning they don't get as many views making it harder for them to become noticed and gain more followers. It really is a simple fix, we need a balanced home page, like YouTube. Let's say you watched GTA or FiveM for GTA being streamed on PC. The person should receive suggestions from both new and old channels on there home page in a specific section near the top with the newest videos popping up first. There should not have to be a system where newer channels have to work hard and the people who have been doing this for years get priority. It should be newcomers first, and I think this is the way to start. You want to encourage people to stream, please this is all about making good on your promise, you should give all the power to the newcomers to do just that, to stream. :)
