Many people I have seen have the same issue. It's been well over 60 days. There is no option to restart. I have enabled pop ups and disabled third party. I have tried on multiple computers, browsers, incognito, and mobile. Nothing has worked. I have emailed 5 times now and got all the same responses. This is ridiculous at this point. So many other people have the same issue. Someone needs to fix this.
