    Hey there!

Though we have not yet added support for multiple language tags, we have added more than 350 new options that we think may help out with this particular ask.

For more information, you can take a look at our blog post at https://blog.twitch.tv/en/2021/05/26/celebrate-yourself-and-your-community-with-350-new-tags/. Thank you for your feedback and ideas!

We will leave this topic open for now for further discussion around whether this meets the needs of the request.

Yep. octagon_sun's response right below is one example I knew could happen but couldn't think of. There we go.

I just watched the stream in that post about how they are going to work. I'll leave my previous comment up.

Here is what I learned in it: They are still looking at it on how to deal with multiple languages, however we can already use one tag for language and another for nationality. For bilingual people this might be a good way, not ideal though, to meet this need. For now, this will work for me.

It all depends on how those automatic tags about language are applied.

Because if it is by "language used in chat and stream audio" there might be moments where everyone in a stream is speaking in only one language but they still welcome and do speak in others. Should they keep talking in several languages all the time to make sure all the correct tags are up?

If they think that 2+ languages is not good, at least they could do a "Main language" that could be only one and then "Secondary languages" that could be up to 3? Something like that. And being able to filter my search by more than one language would be amazing too.
