Hi, I know that this is a very late response, but we’re hoping to find time to address this issue later this year. There are a few steps we’ll have to take to solve this problem in a way that will work for all streamers, but we understand the severity of the issue.

2 years worth of Twitch clips were deleted. The reason -- Twitch support said THEY RAN OUT OF ROOM!! No warning, no chance to save precious memories. Just POOF.
Give us a warning on clips about how they are stored so we can make sure we SAVE OUR CLIPS. It is completely wrong that company deletes content without a warning, especially things like this.
So please, give us a warning about when clips are scheduled to be deleted, and what criteria you use to decide what clips to delete due to storage limitations.

this system lags chat inputs entirely too much. it takes a good 2 seconds for me to type messages in chat sometimes ever since this "feature" got put in...this is a step in the wrong direction

We have heard the feedback in this idea & its comments and reworked chat replies to reduce noise. By allowing users to reply directly to a specific message in a thread, only the user being responded to will be @'ed, rather than the user whose comment initiated the thread. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

We definitely need a hard verification system: run your ID through a 3rd party system. If you can't prove you're 18+ some of the site will be invisible to you and unavailable (and if you're not logged in then same applies, these categories and streamers are invisible).
