This sounds more like a brand manager than just simply an editor. Some editors do not have this robust of trust at all, and simply need access to download streams on the back end, but BOTH roles absolutely are needed.
A brand manager should also have analytics access. For many streamers looking at their numbers is a major source of anxiety, and they should be able to give access to this data, with adjustable levels of data (Enable them to give access to individual parts of the data, ie: view count as one access to grant, subs as another, actual financials as another, so the streamer can grant access to what they are comfortable with).
