Me again - I also want to point out another key issue with this new “app” (bad browser): you cannot view all VODs, only a limited amount of popular ones. I think someone mentioned this.
But also, when you go back a menu, such as from a followed game’s stream/channel on the list, it brings you back to the main menu of the “app” (bad browser), rather than the list of streams in that followed game again.

I also want to point out that this “new” app occasionally closes streams I am watching for no apparent reason. The old one was literally better in every single way, it was an *app*. The new one is just a cheap Microsoft edge browser window - you literally can see the terrible cursor icon when you start up the ”new app”.

Additionally, when a streamer raids another channel your channel does not automatically migrate to the raided channel anymore. Might as well mention that bug too

I believe this is a bug: the chat box is no longer accessible on Xbox twitch… it now forces you to use mobile app instead of letting you type in chat on Xbox. You used to be able to, but now the app is like a tv app, and you can’t chat via controller… please address this issue in the latest version. You can sign in to view followed channels, yet you can’t chat in them…
When are we going to get the old app - this new one blows. It doesn’t even show you’re on twitch on your Xbox status, because it’s literally an emulated browser window. I can’t watch half the things I wanna watch anymore
