With recent changes to features on the platform that were implemented without warning or input as well as the abysmal communication from Twitch regarding features to protect streamers and viewers from hate and abuse on the platform, THIS IS ESSENTIAL.
Twitch needs to communicate in advance any and all potential changes to the way the platform operates so that people that rely on the platform for income can either comment/critique or plan around those new changes in advance so their income is not adversely affected.

I don't have any issues with spiders but this emote was a bad idea for community comfort - also it has nothing in common with any of the other Hype emotes in this release? What made you decide this was a good idea along with puppies and kitties?

Bits are transparent, simple, intuitive and very customizable and interactive with streams. The new cheering feature is a great way for Twitch to take more money from streamers secretly and limit chat interaction with special alerts. Name one benefit to this new cheer feature that isn't already available to streamers and chat... *crickets*
This is just another way for Twitch to hide how much money they take from tips to streamers. Leaving the streamers to either keep silent or be the bad guy and have to educate their viewers.
