We’re happy to announce that we have released an additional update to address these concerns. Streamers can now prevent their banned users from watching their livestreams. You can find and turn on this feature in the Moderation settings section of the Creator Dashboard, through the “Stop banned users from viewing stream” toggle.
Please note, this update 1). does not prevent users from watching livestreams from an incognito window or while logged out and 2). does not prevent users from viewing VODs, clips or highlights. We plan to explore extending the functionality of bans further, including but not limited to preventing VOD and clip playback.
In addition, we’ve made an update so that users that are blocked will now automatically be blocked from watching a streamer’s livestreams.
We will leave this thread open for your other points regarding preventing view of other content types and account creation.

Being about to ban evade doesn't help protect the streamer and their viewers from toxic abusive viewers.

An error occurred while saving the comment Nate_LapT commentedThis is a marketing play, twitch will never remove this. The goal of gifted subs is for those that enjoy the content while on a gifted sub will renew and keep going.
If you're getting harassed by a streamer for receiving a sub and not speaking REPORT them.
I get subs for channels I'm NOT following! Do I go in and chat.. no.. I just ignore em.. I don't know how to help your anxiety for this... and I doubt telling you to not worry about it will help.. but maybe knowing why this won't go away ever might help. -

We recently announced the upcoming launch of the Twitch Discovery Feed: a scrollable feed in the Twitch app that shows users a personalized mix of Clips.
Before that launch happens, we’ll be running experiments with limited versions of the Discovery Feed to help test and improve our algorithms plus the overall experience. These early experiments do not reflect the final design or experience of the Discovery Feed.
We'd love to hear your feedback and suggestions on how to improve this experience as we build towards the bigger launch. Feedback can be left via https://link.twitch.tv/UVDiscoveryFeed - thank you!
