    The pitch is roughly the same as in https://twitch.uservoice.com/forums/310207-video-performance/suggestions/35766724-allow-non-partnered-streams-access-to-low-quality
    I get that transcoding require a lot of ressources, especially with so many people streaming, so I get that automatic transcoding is only available to partners. But it would be cool to allow (non partner) streamers who wish to transcode themselves their stream so that they can provide 2-3 level of quality based on their viewers bandwidth. I believe this would not be very difficult, to do, and would be better than current situation
