    This would be immensely useful for defending against attackers. If someone is spamming my chat, then I could restrict them and prevent them from knowing they've been effectively banned/squelched. This would make them waste time on continuously attacking instead of making a new account to spam with. This would also free up Twitch resources as you would have less accounts to ban.
