    Absolutely, I recently have been targeted by a troll who made 31 new accounts with increasingly more harassing usernames during my stream, and apart from banning them, reporting and then blocking, I couldn't stop them from following, making me increasingly more stressed.
    When I tried to make a report I was just told to ban them....this is something that absolutely needs to be implemented.
