The emote is just a funny animation, not an anotamically correct one either as there is no defined "Buttocks" The only way you know its from the rear end of the animal is because of the tail. If this was allowed in a 3D animated film for children, then surely the draw over will be fine for the platform. Its legitimately harmless fun to depict a non-sensical situation in a humourous way.
