I agree. I just played a game that's heavy on strobe effects and was REALLY scared that it barely showed a seizure warning every time I played (Ruiner). These tags would greatly improve warnings signs and let the audience know what the content of the game has, giving them ample time to prepare for such intense sequences. Let's get this rolling.
