   I LOVE the idea of "incognito mods".

   Plus it almost feels like all eyes are on YOU if everyone in the chat is a mod and you're some random new viewer.

   I agree. Streamers can ban you at any moment for the most petty things while you're be stuck looking at their emotes that remind you of them.

   It's not just a matter of making the emote experience simpler, but keeping it enjoyable.

    I agree. If the streamers advertises their channel as "mature" etc. ,that should be enough and the censorship should be disabled. It's enough for TV and movies. Why not for Twitch as well?

    The whisper function just need to be enhanced entirely. We've had other social media sites like FB and Twitter that have been far superior with DM's for YEARS. All Twitch has to do is model one of them enough to significantly improve the experience.
