Drops for World of Tanks is seriously broken since a recent update of Twitch. I get you want people to be watching the stream, but they don't automatically start up anymore when you join a channel anymore. What I find works is I go to a streamers channel in my first twitch tab, open the inventory window in my second twitch tab, close the first twitch tab, in the second tab with the inventory window (which is not yet displaying the drop you want), click on the streamer again from your list of streams on the left, open the inventory window in tab 3, close tab 2, click on the streamer again, open the inventory in tab 4 again, now the drop shows up with a progress bar for the first time.
I have followed this process several times and it is repeatable.
