Currently not a top priority, but we are interested in your use cases for this functionality to be considered at a later time. Please include more information in the comments as to how and why this would be useful.

Yeah it's really annoying how there's not even any information as to how much longer we must wait before another ad roll, it just says "too soon" in the API response (and a far less helpful generic "error" message in the dashboard). I've been forced to make a custom tool that sends the ad API call, then starts a 480s countdown.
