    With the launch of Channel Points API, it's at least possible to be able to manage channel points redeems (create/delete, pause/unpause, enable/disable, refund, etc.) via chat [with the ability to grant Mods, or specific users, permission].

    However, this temporary solution is very time consuming to setup and isn't user friendly.

    Under Settings > Notifications, there's a section called Past Broadcasts (When a channel you follow starts a rerun).

    That should allow you to disable the notifications for reruns.

    I think random community gift subs should be excluded from this.

    As the streamer though, I personally gifted a sub to a friend because I wanted to guarantee that they got a Founder Badge because of their support prior to me reaching affiliate. However, I found out afterwards that I was wrong and they didn't get a Founder Badge from the gift sub I gave them.
