Since we launched the Chat Activity panel to all streamers, we've seen great feedback and we are now experimenting with adding additional metrics that streamers can filter by beyond just chat activity. Some metrics we are adding include new subs, new followers, clips created, and average viewers. This Viewer Engagement panel is on the Stream Summary page and streamers can quickly identify spikes and dips in engagement and watch the correlating time stamp of their VOD to understand what may have caused those fluctuations. We hope this tool helps streamers better understand behaviors that engage their community and spot opportunities to drive more magic in their stream.

Hey all,
Thank you for the patience with us on this. This has been one of the most popular ideas on UserVoice and we definitely heard your feedback.
Today we launched /announcement for mods and streamers. Announcements can be used in chat to highlight a message and are available in 4 different colors along with the channel accent color. Because this is only part of the ask of this idea we are setting this idea to partial release so the community can continue to leave feedback on this.

I would like to have the option to filter out any bot messages from the panel, so, as a small streamer, I can see if anybody even chatted in my stream at all.
