    This absolutely must be resolved!
    We have the ability to manually refresh the user list from mod view, so even if the individual user chat log doesn't update automatically we should at least be able to manually refresh it without refreshing the entire page.

    This is troublesome in any stream, but when there are thousands of people viewing the stream at any time, this is an enormous obstacle for mods trying to manage chat.
