Union Station Homeless Services is the largest social service agency assisting the homeless in the San Gabriel Valley. They are a secular charity focusing on permanent housing solutions, making sure that people experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity can heal and move forward.

"Union Station Homeless Services has been serving our community for almost 50 years. As the lead agency coordinating homeless services in the San Gabriel Valley, we serve a region with a combined population of over 1.5 million across more than 36 cities and communities. Our mission is to help individuals and families end homelessness and rebuild their lives.
... This new model recognizes that trauma, broken systems and lack of support have led people into extreme vulnerability and homelessness. However, human beings are, by nature, resilient and can, with the right supports, move toward stability and wellness.
Since adopting the Housing First model of care, and with a focus on trauma-informed services, we have seen a 97% success rate of clients who have been housed and have not returned to homelessness."

We wanted to let you all know that the process for getting a charity added to the Twitch Charity Tool has changed, because of this, we will be closing out these requests. At this time, the charity tool is fully integrated with the PayPal Giving Fund; so if your charity is registered there, you can already find it to start a fundraising campaign. In the case you find your charity appears to be missing from the tool, please reach out to the organization regarding registering with the PayPal Giving Fund.
